[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Holley 10-23-1984 by L.L. No. 1-1984. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
Pursuant to the provisions of § 1402
of the Real Property Tax Law, the Village of Holley, Orleans County,
New York, shall cease to be an assessing unit, and Village taxes shall
be levied on a copy of the part of the assessment roll prepared for
the Town of Murray, Orleans County, New York, with no separate administrative
or judicial review of assessments.
