No person shall drink any alcoholic beverage while on any public highway
or public way within the Town of Inlet, Hamilton County, New York.
No person shall carry, convey, transfer or transport any alcoholic beverage
in an opened container on any public highway or public way within the Town
of Inlet, Hamilton County, New York.
A violation of this article is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and
any person violating the same may, upon conviction, be punished by a fine
not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment not exceeding two months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
