As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
The area more particularly described in § 89-2, designated as an area to be used for the disposal of garbage and rubbish.
The premises owned by the Town of Inlet located on the easterly side
of the Limekiln Road between the premises of Rene Heroux and the premises
of Howard Weiman and designated as the Inlet Landfill.
No person shall carry or discharge a firearm or any other gun, the propelling force of which is gunpowder, except law enforcement officers, into the site described in § 89-2.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punishable by a fine
not exceeding $100 for each offense or by imprisonment in the County Jail
not to exceed 60 days.
The Town Board shall post the area described in § 89-2 with signs giving notice of this chapter.
