Where the conditions imposed by any provision
of this chapter are less restrictive than comparable conditions imposed
by any other provisions of this chapter or of any other statute, local
law, order, rule, regulations, the provisions which are more restrictive
shall govern.
The provisions in the existing Town ordinance
entitled "Sewage Disposal Ordinance for the Town of Inlet, Hamilton
County" are hereby repealed, and said provisions are replaced by this
chapter.
The adoption of this chapter shall not affect
or impair any act done, offense committed or right accrued or acquired
or liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred prior to
the time this chapter takes effect.
No provision of this chapter shall be construed
to limit any state standards for wastewater treatment systems, including,
but not limited to, the provisions of the Adirondack Park Agency Act
relating to shorelines and Class A and B projects.
