All persons are prohibited from parking motor vehicles (as defined by the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York) and including snowmobiles, in or upon any paved portion, including paved shoulders of any of the Town roads, county roads, or state highways located within the Town of Inlet, Hamilton County, New York, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for the period of November 1 through April 15 each year.
All persons are prohibited from parking motor vehicles (as defined by the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York) and including snowmobiles, in or upon any unpaved Town roads, county roads, or state highways located within the Town of Inlet, Hamilton County, New York, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for the period of November 1 through April 15 each year.
This articles adopted pursuant to § 130 of the Town Law and Article 44 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
Every person convicted or violating this article shall be guilty of a traffic infraction, and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $25, and for a second or subsequent violation by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100.
