For the purposes of this chapter, the Village of Kings Point is hereby divided into two districts, which shall be designated as follows:

The boundaries of said districts shall be as shown upon the Official Map of the Incorporated Village of Kings Point, situated at Great Neck, Nassau County, New York, dated March 24, 1946, and bearing a last revision date of April 15,1986. Said map is hereby designated as the Building Zone Map of the Village of Kings Point, Nassau County, New York, and said map and all notations, references and other things shown thereon shall be as much a part of this section as if the matters and things shown by said map were fully described herein.[1]

Such parts of the territory of the Village as lie beyond the shoreline of the Village and under the waters of Long Island Sound, Little Neck Bay and Manhasset Bay or other navigable waters shall be within the zone district of the upland that immediately adjoins said lands under water and forms the shoreline of the Village.[1]
