A.
The Board of Trustees shall establish by resolution
a recreational facilities fee schedule for all Village recreational
facilities, including, but not limited to, the golf course, swimming
pool, and physical fitness center.
B.
Thereafter, the Board of Trustees shall review annually
all such fees and reestablish, amend, or otherwise supplement them
by resolution.
C.
The recreational facilities fee schedule shall be
maintained in the Village Clerk's Office and is hereby declared to
be a part of this Code.
