The following standards and requirements must
be met during the construction phase of a subdivision approved pursuant
to these regulations.
Every effort shall be made to minimize the impact
of the construction phase upon existing uses. The developer and his
contractors, subcontractors, agents and assigns shall utilize every
practical means, in addition to those specified herein, to minimize
or eliminate adverse construction phase impacts such as noise, dust,
traffic, erosion, vibration, light, odors and devegetation. The foregoing
list is illustrative only and shall not be interpreted as a limitation.
