The Police Commission be and is hereby authorized to purchase the following
kinds of police clothing and equipment as may be necessary from time to time,
provided that funds have been appropriated for this purpose:
The above clothing and equipment shall be kept and maintained as the
property of the City of Middletown and may be used by the members of the Police
Department when authorized by the Police Commission.
