There is hereby established a City of Middletown Veterans Service Agency
pursuant to New York Executive Law § 357, Subdivision 2, with a
Director to be appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval of the Common Council.
The Agency shall have such powers and duties as set forth in § 358
of the New York Executive Law and shall be authorized to expend such moneys
in advancement of its purposes as may be appropriated by the Common Council.
