This chapter shall relate to all parks and playgrounds under the jurisdiction
of the Village of Saugerties, and located within the Village of Saugerties.
The above referred to parks and playgrounds shall be opened and closed
each year in the discretion of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Saugerties,
upon recommendation of the Commissioner Trustee of said parks and playgrounds.
Whenever the Board of Trustees of the Village of Saugerties shall have
officially designated the opening time for any particular season for said
parks and playgrounds, then the same shall officially open each day at 9:00
a.m. and each day the same shall close at 9:00 p.m.
Any individual found upon the park or playground premises prior to or
subsequent to the above stated times, may be arrested and charged with trespassing
and any other law which may be deemed applicable by the complainant and/or
arresting official or officer.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty
of a violation, punishable by a fine of $250 or by imprisonment for not more
than 15 days, or both.
