A.
No person shall play ball, beat, knock or drive any
ball, or raise or fly any kite, roll hoop, slide downhill on sleds,
boards, or otherwise, throw stones or sticks in any public street
in said Village.
B.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to a
fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15
days, or both.
