Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule A (§ 231-36).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule B (§ 231-37) are hereby designated as one-way streets during the periods indicated, and vehicles shall proceed along those streets or parts of streets only in the direction indicated during the periods indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule C (§ 231-38).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule D (§ 231-39).
In accordance with the provisions of § 1111(d)2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, no person shall make a right turn on a steady red signal at the locations designated in Schedule E (§ 231-40).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule F (§ 231-41) are hereby designated as through highways, and stop or yield signs shall be erected on entrances thereto as indicated in said schedule.
The intersections described in Schedule G (§ 231-42) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule H (§ 231-43) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule I (§ 231-44) are hereby designated as school stop intersections, and traffic shall stop as indicated at such times as "Full Stop — School Crossing" signs are displayed.
A. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the indicated maximum gross weights are hereby excluded from the streets and highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule J (§ 231-45).
B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.
