Upon submission of any major subdivision application to ensure adequately sized parklands are contained within the proposed subdivision

Upon submission of any cluster development, PUD, multiple-dwelling complex, row and attached housing application to ensure adequately sized parklands are contained within the proposed application
$1,000 per individual apartment unit and/or individual dwelling unit
NOTES:
1The Town Board further authorizes the Planning Board to: adjust said fee should lot size and/or unit amounts increase or decrease; return said fee should application be denied by the Planning Board; return fees in the event the Planning Board determines there are adequate parklands contained within the proposed subdivision, cluster development, PUD, multiple-dwelling complex, row and attached housing applications. Any and all additional fees are required to be paid prior to final Planning Board approval.
