The Village Board is scheduled to meet on the
second Monday of each month for its regular Board meeting.
A.
On occasion it becomes necessary for the Board to
immediately address an issue which cannot be held until the next regularly
scheduled Board meeting, either by the nature of the item or its timeliness.
B.
Notice of any special meeting will be given to all
Board members, other appropriate individuals, the official Village
newspapers and to other local media as soon as is practicable.
C.
The authority to call a special meeting, within the
guidelines stated herein, is granted to the Mayor or a majority of
the Board of Trustees.
