[Adopted 3-1-1973 as § 27-2 of Ch. 27 of the
1973 Code]
For greater efficiency in government and to
provide greater ease to the citizens of Troy in pursuing their remedies
as established by the laws of the State of New York, the City of Troy
shall hereafter utilize a "Complaint on Real Property Assessment"
form, pursuant to § 512 of the Real Property Tax Law, as
amended, a copy of which is hereto annexed and made a part hereof
by reference.[1]
