No person within the Village shall be permitted to engage in filming,
movie making, computer imaging, broadcasting, taping, video production, photographic
sessions, aerial photography, other than aerial surveying, audio and/or visual
recording radio, television or microwave transmitting or any similar undertaking
without prior written permission from the Board of Trustees and subject to
the following:
Excepted from this chapter are those normal filming, taping, recording
and photographing activities occasionally undertaken by a single-family unit
entirely within their own premises and for no commercial purpose.
