Village of Westfield, NY Article II Veterans Exemption

§ 137-3 Exemption not granted.

No exemption pursuant to Chapter 525 of the Laws of 1984 shall be granted under § 458-a of the Real Property Tax Law relating to Veterans' Real Property Tax Exemptions for the purposes of taxes levied for the Village of Westfield.[1]
