A. 
Every person convicted of a traffic infraction for violation of any of the following provisions shall be subject to a fine of $25:
(1) 
Section 146-9.
(2) 
Section 146-10A.
(3) 
Section 146-10G.
B. 
Every person convicted of a traffic infraction for violation of any of the provisions of the following shall be subject to a fine of $10 for each violation. It shall be considered a new violation at the end of the specified time limit:
(1) 
Section 146-10B.
(2) 
Section 146-10C.
(3) 
Section 146-10D.
(4) 
Section 146-10E.
(5) 
Section 146-10F.
C. 
Every person convicted of a traffic infraction for violations of any provisions of the following shall be subject to a fine of $25:
(1) 
Section 146-5.
(2) 
Section 146-10I.
D. 
Every person convicted of a traffic infraction for violations of any of the provisions of the following shall be subject to a fine of $50:
(1) 
Section 146-10H.
E. 
Every person convicted of a traffic infraction for violation of any of the provisions of the following shall be subject to a fine of $50. The person will also be liable for all towing costs if it becomes necessary to move the vehicle:
(1) 
Section 146-12.
F. 
Every person who fails to pay the parking ticket within 10 days from the date of issuance shall be subject to an additional charge of $25.
G. 
Every person who fails to pay the above fine or fines within 30 days of the date of violation may have his or her vehicle registration suspended or revoked and an additional fine of up to $100 in addition to any other fines, or both.
The Police Department is hereby authorized to have removed any vehicle which may be in violation of this chapter or in violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York. The owner and/or operator of any vehicle towed shall be liable for all costs incurred by the Village for the removal of said vehicle and shall also be liable for damages caused as a result of a violation of this chapter or any other law that may apply.
The Village Board may by resolution temporarily suspend any parking restrictions or add additional parking restrictions for a period not to exceed 72 hours.
All previous ordinances or parts of ordinances or any local laws of this Village regulating traffic are hereby repealed, except that this shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the effective date of this chapter.
A. 
This chapter shall take effect 10 days after posting and publishing of notice of adoption, except those parts, if any, which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and § 46 of the Highway Law of the State of New York.
B. 
Any part or parts of this chapter which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and § 46 of the Highway Law of the State of New York shall take effect the day following the day on which approval in writing was received from the New York State Department of Transportation.
