The Town Board of the Town of Wilton hereby expresses its intent to
become a member of the Saratoga County Water Authority Phase I and to participate
in its services and administration.
The Supervisor of the Town of Wilton is hereby authorized to negotiate
and enter into the necessary agreements, understandings and contracts, subject
to the prior approval of the Town Board, to effectuate this chapter.
