Borough of Greencastle, PA Article III Land Use Fees

§ A207-5 Building permit fees.

The following fees shall be paid at the time of submission of an application for a building permit and shall be based upon the value of the improvements to the property:

Value of Improvement	Fee
Up to $1,000	$25
$1,001 and over	$25 plus $1 for each $1,000 of improvement over $1,001

§ A207-6 Zoning administrative fees.

Zoning administration fees shall be as follows:

A. Rezoning application fee: $500.

B. Special exception application: $350.

C. Zoning Hearing Board application: $350.

D. Certificate of occupancy fee: $15.

E. Notice of intent to construct fee: $10 per unit.

§ A207-7 Subdivision administrative fees.

Subdivision administrative fees shall be as follows:

A. Subdivision of lots:

(1) First lot: $150.

(2) Each additional lot: $10 per lot.

B. Land developments:

(1) First unit: $150.

(2) Each additional unit: $10 per unit.

C. The application fee is paid for both the preliminary and final plan submittals.

D. Engineering review, engineering field review, engineering inspection and legal review fees shall be paid by the developer upon being invoiced by the Borough.

§ A207-8 Document fees.

The following fees are established for the purchase and/or reproduction of documents:

A. Zoning Ordinance: $12.

B. Subdivision Ordinance: $ 12.

C. Comprehensive Plan: $ 25.

D. Individual copies, per page: $0.25.

§ A207-9 When effective.

This fee schedule shall take effect immediately.
