A representative of the Borough of Lake City
may inspect a mobile home park at reasonable times to determine compliance
with this Part 2.
The Borough Zoning Administrator is hereby designated
as the person to make such inspections. Another or additional inspectors
may also be authorized to make inspections or additional inspections
at the discretion of the Borough Council.
The Zoning Administrator may, in his discretion,
give notice of violations of this Part 2 and issue notice thereof
without express authority from the Borough Council in each instance.
