A.Â
The place of the meetings of the Board of Commissioners
of the Township shall be the Municipal Services Center, 2233 Gettysburg
Road. The time of the regular meeting shall be 6:00 p.m. on the second
and fourth Mondays of each month, as the Board of Commissioners may
determine and publicly announce. Other meetings shall be held at such
times as a majority of a quorum of the Board of Commissioners shall
determine and publicly announce.

B.Â
If any meeting scheduled on a Monday should fall on
a legal holiday, then the meeting shall be held on the following day
or such other time as a majority of a quorum of the Board of Commissioners
shall determine and publicly announce.
Beginning on January 1, 1976, the compensation
of Township Commissioners elected or appointed after the adoption
of this section may be the maximum amount permitted as the General
Assembly of the Commonwealth may, from time to time determine, except
as restricted by the provisions of Section 703 of the First Class
Township Code, as amended.[1]
