It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or ride a skateboard in any of the following places within the Township:
A. 
On the travelable portion of any public street or roadway.
B. 
On any public property where signs are posted prohibiting such use.
C. 
On any private property where a sign prohibiting such items has been approved by the Township Police Department and posted by the owner, lessee or person in charge of such property.
Operators of skateboards shall yield the right-of-way to other pedestrians using public sidewalks, and shall not otherwise endanger or interfere with pedestrian traffic on those sidewalks.
A. 
Any juvenile who is in violation of this chapter shall be issued a warning citation for a first offense.
B. 
A juvenile who is in violation of this chapter for the second or subsequent time shall, upon being found liable therefor in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the Township before a District Justice, pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $600 for each offense, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the Township in the enforcement of this chapter. No judgment shall be imposed until the date of the determination of the violation by the District Justice. If the defendant neither pays nor timely appeals the judgment, the Township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure. Further, the appropriate officers or agents of the Township are hereby authorized to seek equitable relief, including injunction, to enforce compliance herewith.[1]

C.
