It shall be unlawful:
A. 
For any person to give, sell or dispense any malt or alcoholic beverages to any minor at any place in the Township of Lower Makefield.
B. 
For any minor to consume or have in their possession any malt or alcoholic beverages at any place in the Township of Lower Makefield.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed and adjudged to be a disorderly person and, upon conviction thereof before any District Justice, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding six hundred dollars ($600.), plus court costs and reasonable attorney's fees for each and every violation. If the defendant neither pays nor timely appeals the judgment, the township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable rules of civil procedure.
