The New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (9 NYCRR, Subtitle S, Chapter I), as amended from time to time, is applicable to all buildings and structures in the Village of Lynbrook except as declared to be not applicable by the provisions of Section 19 of Chapter 707 of the Laws of 1981 or other provisions of law. The locations in the village are designated in § 81-121 herein as Fire Limits B for the purposes of the Uniform Code. The remainder of the village is considered outside the fire limits.
