[Adopted 9-28-1967 as L.L. No. 2-1967 as Ch. 4 of the 1966 Code]
The Village of Geneseo shall contain, on and after the effective date of this section, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described territory:
All that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Geneseo, Livingston County, New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the east corporation line of the Village of Geneseo at its intersection with the northerly boundary line of Lakeville Road; thence northerly at an interior angle with the road line of 69° 11 a distance of 1000.3 feet; thence easterly with an interior angle of 90° a distance of 856.18 feet; thence southerly with an interior angle of 90° a distance of 413.25 feet; thence southwesteriy with interior angle of 110° 49 a distance of 300.0 feet; thence southerly with an interior angle of 249° 11 a distance of 267.45 feet to the northerly boundary line of Lakeville Road; thence southwesterly with an interior angle of 110° 49 a distance of 616.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing within the boundaries 14.86 acres of land.
The territory described in § A134-1 of this act is hereby annexed to the Village of Geneseo pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General Municipal Law.
The annexation of the above territory described in § 134-1 of this act shall become effective on the 13th day of October 1967, or on the date upon which this act is filed with the Secretary of State of the State of New York, whichever date comes first.
This act shall take effect immediately.
