No individual shall be permitted to walk a dog within confines
of the following parks and recreation areas which are located within
and owned, operated or maintained by the Borough of North Arlington:

This article shall not apply to dogs that have
been specifically trained to assist disabled persons. Such a dog shall
be accompanied by its owner who is otherwise present within a park
for otherwise lawful purposes.
This article shall be enforced by the Police
Department.
