No person shall go from door to door or place
himself on any sidewalk, street or store or other public or private
place to beg, gather alms or request donations.
No person, except those having lawful permission,
shall remove any refuse, garbage, debris, ashes or other contents
of any garbage can owned or belonging to any other person.
No person or persons shall engage in any practice,
activity, sport or exercise which shall either tend to or obstruct
the public highway, or interfere with traffic thereon.
No person shall cause or permit to be emitted
any vile, offensive, obnoxious or nauseating odor, or any odor that
may be vile, offensive, obnoxious or nauseating to any of the residents
of the Borough.
No person shall repair any motor vehicle of
any kind or description upon any street, avenue, lane, road or public
thoroughfare; provided, however, that this shall not apply to emergency
repairs of a minor nature.
A.
No person shall paste, clip, paint, nail, clamp or
otherwise fasten, inscribe or affix any notice, placard or advertisement
against or upon any wall, gate, house, pole, tree or building, either
public or private, or place such notice, placard or advertisement
in or upon any place, either public or private, without the consent
of the owner or occupant of the same except when done by public officer
lawfully authorized to do so in the performance of the officer's duty.
The words "persons," "person," "his" or "her"
as used in this chapter shall be construed, wherever appropriate to
the context, to include companies, partnerships and corporations.
