Land use procedures and development review — See Ch. 85.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:56A-1 there is hereby created a body corporate
and politic to be known as the "Environmental Commission of Oaklyn."
Such Commission shall be vested with all powers and responsibilities
granted pursuant to the appropriate enabling legislation (N.J.S.A. 40:56A-1,
56A-2, 56A-3, 56A-4, 56A-5, 56A-6 and 56A-7) and shall be conducted
in accordance with the limitation contained in said legislation.
The Environmental Commission shall consist of seven members to be appointed
in the manner designated by the aforesaid legislation.
