§ 32-7 Position created.

§ 32-8 Compensation fixed by agreement.

§ 32-9 Term of office.

§ 32-7 Position created.

There is hereby created the position of Municipal Attorney for the Borough of Oaklyn, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-139.

§ 32-8 Compensation fixed by agreement.

The compensation for said Municipal Attorney shall be fixed by the terms of the agreement entered into between the governing body and the Municipal Attorney pursuant to the applicable provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.

§ 32-9 Term of office.

The term of office of the Municipal Attorney shall be for one year.
