Borough of Oaklyn, NJ Article XIII General Provisions

§ 120-27 Violations and penalties.

Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates or refuses to comply with any part of this chapter or supplement thereto shall be liable for a fine and/or penalty as provided in Chapter 1, Article I, § 1-14, of the Code of the Borough of Oaklyn.

§ 120-28 Severability.

If any part of parts of this chapter are for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.

§ 120-29 Repealer.

All former traffic ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the Borough of Oaklyn are hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance, resolution or regulation hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this chapter.

§ 120-30 Short title.

This chapter may be known and cited as the "Traffic Ordinance."
