The Borough Treasurer/Borough Tax Collector
is hereby designated the Chief Financial Officer.
The Chief Financial Officer shall be qualified
in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq.
The Chief Financial Officer shall carry out
the responsibilities required by law and the Borough Council.
