Borough of Old Tappan, NJ Article XI Building Inspector

§ 50-31 Creation.

The office of Building Inspector is hereby created, and the executive official in charge shall be known as the Building Inspector.

§ 50-32 Appointment; powers and duties.

The Building Inspector shall be appointed in such manner and shall have such power and duties as are provided by law and the Borough Council.
