The office of Deputy Zoning Officer of the Borough
of Old Tappan is hereby created. The Deputy Zoning Officer shall be
appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council
and shall hold office for one year and until a successor is qualified.
The Deputy Zoning Officer shall perform the
duties assigned by him or her by the Zoning Officer and shall perform
all duties of the Zoning Officer in his or her absence.
