[Adopted 5-26-1975 as Sec. 3-5 of the 1975 Code]
It shall be unlawful to throw, dump, cast or deposit paper, paper products, bottles, tin cans, containers, brush, weeds, dead or dying trees, tree roots, stumps, obnoxious growth, filth, garbage, trash, dirt, stones or other product of excavation, unused, discarded or waste materials, or any other debris in or upon any public place, or to accumulate or to permit or suffer the accumulation thereof upon any private lands within the borough.
This article shall not be construed to prevent dumping of permitted materials in the borough disposal area or the placing of such materials for pickup by an authorized scavenger or any authorized contractor or employee of the borough or the Board of Health.
No person shall throw, put or place snow, ice or slush upon the traveled portion of any borough road after such road has been plowed.
