A.
Examination, certificate and filing required. No person shall hereafter engage, nor shall any person employ or allow a person to work for him, in the business of handling food intended for distribution or sale in the borough for human consumption unless such person files with the employer a medical certificate signed by a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey showing that the person has been examined under rules and regulations prescribed by the Board of Health for the purpose of this code and that the examination failed to show that such person was affected with an infectious disease in a communicable stage or was harboring the causative agent of any such disease. A copy of the certificate shall be filed with the Board of Health.
