[Adopted 2-15-1950 (Ch. 73 of the 1971 Code)]
The Mayor may annually designate and appoint,
with the approval of Borough Council, a member of Borough Council
as Street Commissioner, to serve until the first day of January following
his appointment or until his successor is appointed.
The Street Commissioner shall receive an annual
salary of $600.
