Pursuant to written request by the owners of Palmyra Harbour and subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of New Jersey, the provisions of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey (Motor Vehicles) are hereby made applicable to the semipublic or private roads, streets, driveways, trails, terraces, bridle paths, parkways, parking areas or other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants or employees of Palmyra Harbour for purposes of vehicular travel by permission of the owners thereof and not as a matter of public right.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following streets or parts thereof:

The pattern of traffic flow for the Harbour Drive Traffic Circle shall be one way, with all traffic to flow in a counterclockwise direction.
Such regulatory and warning signs as may be authorized and/or directed by the Department of Transportation shall be erected and maintained to effect the above-designated parking regulations and/or traffic flow, together with additional signs designating such speed limits as are hereinafter approved by the Department of Transportation.
This article shall take effect upon its final adoption, approval by the Mayor, approval by the Commissioner of Transportation and publication of notice thereof according to law.
