No person in a public park and recreation area
shall:
A.
Willfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper
with or displace or remove any buildings, bridges, tables, benches,
fireplaces, railings, pavings or paving materials, waterlines or other
public utilities or parts or appurtenances thereof, signs, notices
or placards, whether temporary or permanent, monuments, stakes, posts
or other boundary markers or other structures or equipment, facilities
or park property or appurtenances whatsoever, either real or personal.
B.
Dig or remove any soil, rock, sand, stones, trees,
shrubs or plants or other wood or materials, or make any excavation
by tool, equipment, blasting or other means or agency.
C.
Damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree
or plant or injure the bark, or pick flowers or seeds of any tree
or plant, dig in or otherwise disturb grass areas or in any other
way injure the natural beauty or usefulness of any area.
A.
The field house may not be used without written permission.
Normal requests should be made 10 days in advance of the meeting to
the Borough Clerk.
B.
The Borough Council shall have the authority to revoke
a permit upon a finding of violation of any rule or ordinance or upon
good cause shown.
C.
Groups using the field house are expected to use trash
receptacles (butt cans) and leave the premises clean and orderly.

When leaving the field house, supervisors of activities
shall:

Keys issued to coaches and supervisors are to be returned
at end of season. Presidents and chairmen of organizations may retain
keys when desirable.
Any person destroying or misusing park property
or equipment will be subject to prosecution by law.
Any one acting in a disorderly manner (profane
language or obscene acts) may have his privilege to use park facilities
withdrawn.
Permission to use the park facilities will be
granted by the Borough Council. Regularly scheduled games will always
take precedence.
Managers and coaches have responsibility for
maintaining order and cleaning the park area used. Failure to meet
responsibility may result in suspension of the privilege to use facilities
in the future.
Glass containers are not permitted on the recreation
grounds.
Bicycles must be parked in bicycle racks at
all times.
Motor vehicles are not permitted on playing
fields. They must be parked in designated areas.
Driving of golf balls and archery are not permitted
on recreation grounds.
If at any time any member of the Borough Council
or a Borough employee is threatened by any person or persons, said
person or persons will be banned from using all recreation facilities.
Fields are off limits after dark, except for
properly supervised group activities approved by the Recreation Commission.
No dogs are permitted on the recreation grounds.
A.
Recreation fields and field houses. No alcoholic beverages
are allowed on the recreation fields or in field houses at any time
unless by special written permission of the Borough Council.
B.
Consumption in public areas; discarding containers.

Any person who shall consume alcoholic beverages while
in or on a public street, lane, sidewalk, public parking lot, public
or quasi-public place or in any public conveyance; or in a private
motor vehicle while the same is in motion or parked in any public
street, lane or public parking lot; or while upon any private property
not his own without the express permission of the owner or other person
having authority to grant such permission; or who shall discard alcoholic
beverage containers upon any public street, lane, sidewalk, public
parking lot, public or quasi-public place or upon any private property
not his own without the express permission of the owner; and where
such conduct is not deemed to be otherwise violative of the provisions
of the disorderly persons statutes (N.J.S.A. 2A:170-1 et seq.),[1] shall be deemed in violation of the provisions of this Subsection B.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant hereto
shall, upon conviction, be subject to the replacement, repair or restoration
of any damaged park property and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding
$200 and, in default of payment thereof, may be sentenced to imprisonment
in the county jail, in the discretion of the Magistrate, for a term
not exceeding 90 days.
This article is in addition to and not in derogation
of any other ordinance involving or affecting any of the subject matters
contained in this article.
