There is established in the Borough of Park
Ridge, the Borough of Park Ridge Police Department. The Department
previously established is hereby continued and is modified by this
chapter. The Mayor and Council shall constitute the appropriate authority
and shall from time to time adopt and promulgate rules and regulations
for the government of the force and for the discipline of its members.
