It shall be unlawful at any time, day or night. to ride any bicycle, motorcycle or tricycle (except tricycles ridden by children under 10 years of age) upon any improved sidewalks within the limits of said Borough.
All bicycles, tricycles, motorcycles or similar vehicles, when in use on the public highways, streets or places, shall have a lamp of such illuminating power as to be plainly seen 100 yards ahead, attached thereto and kept lighted between one hour after sunset and sunrise.
Any person or persons violating this ordinance shall upon arrest and conviction pay a fine of not less than $1 or no more than $5 for each and every offense.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately, and any or all ordinances conflicting with or pertaining to shall be repealed.
