Pursuant to N.J.R.S. 55:14A-1 et seq., and most specifically N.J.R.S.
55:14A-4, the Borough of Paulsboro hereby consents to and requests to be included
within the area of operation of the Gloucester County Housing Authority.
The powers, duties and obligations of the Borough of Paulsboro in relation
to the powers, duties and obligations of the Housing Authority in Gloucester
County will be governed by the provisions of N.J.R.S. 55:14A-1 et seq.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and
publication as prescribed by law.
