Pursuant to N.J.R.S. 39:5A-1, Subtitle 1 of
Title 39 shall be applicable to the Paulsboro Plaza Shopping Center,
as described herein.
A.Â
No person shall park a vehicle at any time along the
curbs in front and to the side of the stores located in the Paulsboro
Plaza.
B.Â
No parking shall be allowed on the premises of the
Paulsboro Plaza Shopping Center described herein, between the hours
of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., each and every day of the week.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption and publication and approval by the Department of
Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
