For the purpose of this chapter, the terms used herein are defined as
follows:
- MOTORBOAT
- Includes any boat or other vehicle used as a means of locomotion on water, which is propelled by any means other than rowing, paddling, poling or sailing.
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall operate, make available
for operation, or ride any motorboat in or upon any river, lake, brook, pond
or other body of water within the Borough of Pemberton.
