A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on a bicycle or in a motor vehicle, or to loiter on foot, run through, wander, stroll or engage in any recreational activity between dusk and dawn the following day, in the following areas:
(1) 
Pemberton Borough Park. The area immediately north of the bridge crossing the Rancocas Creek and adjacent eastwardly along Hanover Street to such points that form the boundary lines of private property owners.
(2) 
Pemberton Borough Basketball Court area. The area immediately south of the bridge crossing the Rancocas Creek and adjoining Hanover Street on its easterly side to such points that form the boundary lines of private property owners.
(3) 
Canoe House Area, Nature Trail, and Railroad Walking Trail. The area immediately south of the bridge crossing the Rancocas Creek and adjoining Hanover Street on its westerly side to include the lane or driveway terminating at the dam as well as the Nature and Railroad Walking Trails.
B. 
This article, to the extent that it is inconsistent with the curfew hours provided in Chapter 83 of the Code of the Borough of Pemberton, shall prevail with respect to such inconsistencies.
Appropriate signs advising of the closing hours of the areas involved shall be posted in conspicuous locations on the properties affected.
Anyone found violating this article shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of Chapter 1, Article I, of the Code of the Borough of Pemberton.
