The Township Council of the Township of Pemberton, as the governing
body of the municipality, does hereby accept the designation of those areas
set forth in its Zone Development Plan and Urban Enterprise Zone application
as more particularly described in Resolution No. 57-1996, adopted February
15, 1996. The Township Council accepts this designation from the Urban Enterprise
Zone Authority and accepts the designation of the Zone Development Plan as
formulated and approved in the aforementioned resolution.
