As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
The Board of Health of the Township of Pemberton.
All refuse of animal, fruit or vegetable matter, liquid or otherwise,
which has been used as food for man, and all refuse matter from the preparation,
use, cooking, dealing in or storing of meat, fish, fowl, fruit or vegetables.
Means and includes the digging up, in whole or part, of the original
system by adding thereto, substituting or replacing therein or repairing thereof,
and shall subject the contractor as well as the legal or equitable title holder,
or both, of the premises wherein said system is located, to the provisions
requiring a permit as hereinbelow set forth.
The Township of Pemberton, in the County of Burlington and State
of New Jersey.
The enforcement official designated to enforce the provisions of this
chapter shall be the Secretary of the Board of Health of the Township of Pemberton.
