[Adopted 3-13-1978 by Ord. No. 78-3as Art. III of Ch. 18 of the 1977 Code; amended in its entirety 12-30-2002 by Ord. No. 02-32]
There shall be established and created within the Township of Pennsauken the position of Municipal Court Administrator.
The salary to be paid to the Municipal Court Administrator shall be as provided in the Salary Ordinance.[1]

The duties and responsibilities of the Municipal Court Administrator shall be all of those fixed and described by statute, by ordinance, by rules of the Supreme Court or other courts of the State of New Jersey and such other duties as may from time to time be fixed and described by the Municipal Judge.
The Judge of the Municipal Court may designate in writing an Acting Deputy Court Administrator as provided in N.J.S.A. 2B:12-10b. The duties of the Acting Deputy Court Administrator shall be to assist the Municipal Court Administrator in the fulfillment of his or her duties and responsibilities.
