There is created within the Township of Pennsauken
the position of Deputy Director of Public Safety.
The Deputy Director of Public Safety shall meet
all requirements of the New Jersey Department of Personnel for that
position.
The Deputy Director of Public Safety shall be
a resident of the Township of Pennsauken and not an elected official
thereof.
